Ordering a commission means that you have read and agree with these terms.

I am allowed to decline commissions, as long as I have not started work on it.

Payment is upfront. Kindly check which payment method applies to you and state which one you'd prefer upon ordering.

Priority for commissions is on a first come, first serve basis. Indicate if you have a deadline for your work and we will discuss if I'm able to comply or compromise for your order.

Commission will take 1-2 weeks, depending on complexity and quantity of your order. I will update you on the progress in your messages.

I offer sketches before starting the commission. You are allowed to revise and choose which suits your needs best. (max. 2 revisions / sketch versions)

There will be no refunds after the commission has been made.

You may use the commissioned art for your social media account/s, streams, or as a digital asset but are not allowed to redistribute it as paid merchandise.

Credit must be given whenever you can. You may either use "ayaiyaia" or link to my Twitter when crediting me.

I do not consent to using my art for AI Learning, nor to be made into NFTs. Do not repost and claim to have made the art yourself.

Once done, commissions will be sent through a Google Drive link.

I am allowed to publish your commission anywhere on the internet UNLESS you specifically tell me not to.
